About the program
NEP-AI combines academic learning, mentorship, and real-world application to help participants:
- Integrate AI across national sectors such as sustainability, health, education, and mobility.
- Champion ethical, human-centered AI aligned with UAE values.
- Lead innovation and policy design that drive measurable national impact.
Program overview
The program runs from May to December 2026 and is delivered across seven modules. It is structured to equip participants with the technical, strategic, and leadership capabilities required to lead AI integration and transformation across key sectors of the UAE economy.
Participants engage in a range of learning formats, including interactive workshops, panel discussions, go-sees, and international study visits. The program requires an in-person commitment of one week per month.

WHO CAN APPLY
NEP-AI targets Emirati nationals with 5 years of experience and who demonstrate:
