Eng. Mohammed Alameri is an electrical, computer, and communication engineer with a strong AI background, working at the intersection of autonomous systems, national security intelligence, and military-aerospace technology. His experience combines hands-on engineering and technical leadership across missile, UAV, and autonomous robotic systems, with a focus on mission-critical algorithms, edge deployment, and operational readiness.

Mohammed serves as AI Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert at HALCON, part of the EDGE Group, where he leads advanced technology programmes aligned with military and aerospace engineering standards. He manages multidisciplinary teams, vendors, procurement, and large-scale budgets, and oversees the development of mission-ready defence engineering solutions. He also established HALCON’s AI Labs and secure infrastructure, enabling controlled on-premise deployment, workflow automation, and organizational AI capability building.

Earlier in his career, Mohammed founded a military-technology startup, secured funding, and contributed to the development of defence and security technologies, including his patented Bullet Detection System. He is also a Guinness World Record holder for contributing to the World’s Largest Quilling Paper Mosaic of the Year of Zayed logo, and has received multiple first-place awards, including the UAEU Future Makers Award and the Abu Dhabi Chamber Future Entrepreneurs Award.

Mohammed is a published researcher, technical author, and inventor whose work spans intelligent sensing, autonomous perception, decision intelligence, predictive analytics, human-centered AI applications, and security-focused technologies. His publications include peer-reviewed journal articles, international conference papers, and technical book publications. Beyond his technical work, Mohammed is the founder of the UAE AI Community and the founder and head of the UAE Hispanic Club. Through these platforms, he has advanced technical knowledge-sharing, cultural diplomacy, and international engagement, delivering Spanish language and culture courses.

Mohammed is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer and Information Engineering at Khalifa University. He holds a Master of Electrical Engineering with a focus on AI and a Bachelor of Electrical and Communication Engineering from the United Arab Emirates University. He also completed the University of Birmingham’s Artificial Intelligence Programme and exchange studies at University Carlos III of Madrid. He is a certified PMP, with additional credentials including NEBOSH IGC and Cisco CCNA.
