Hamdan Alameri combines a background in economics with an Executive Master of Science in Big Data and Business Analytics to work across investment, data analytics, and talent development in the UAE.

Hamdan serves as an Academic Advisor at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he has worked since 2018, including with the ADIA Scholarship Program on selection and academic advising.

He previously took part in the Federal Youth Authority’s Young Economist Program and served as a Council Member of the Federal Youth Authority in Al Ain. Earlier in his career, Hamdan held internships at the UAE Embassy’s Trade and Commercial Office in Washington, DC, Manchester Trade, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and the Department of Economic Development. He has been a certified trainer since 2015, working with government and private entities including the Family Development Foundation, and holds the Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute.

Beyond his professional work, Hamdan is a published author whose works include self-development and Arabic children’s books. He is also the founder and president of the Eqtanem Waqtek children’s club.

Hamdan holds an Executive Master of Science in Big Data and Business Analytics from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. His honors include leadership awards from the Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid, Sharjah, and Zayed bin Hazza programs. Among his honors and achievements, Hamdan became the first Emirati to receive the International Peace Award, in recognition of his contributions to community development, youth empowerment, and positive social impact.
