A senior government leader with over a decade of experience advancing national AI strategies, digital economy programs, and large-scale innovation ecosystems, Maryam Al Mansoori currently serves as Head of Capacity Building at the UAE’s Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Application Office at PMO. In this role, she shapes the national infrastructure for AI and digital talent development leading initiatives that have impacted over 200,000 beneficiaries across government, private sector, and academia, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing flagship programs including 1 Million AI Talents, AI For All, the Digital Bundle, and Digital Talent initiatives across various emirates, alongside high-level policy guides and publications in AI and digital economy. She also oversees Coders HQ and the national coding community, and serves on multiple national teams which support Data Centers, Digital Economy and upskilling efforts.
Maryam’s career was shaped by a decade at the Prime Minister’s Office, where she rose from Research Analyst to Senior Project Manager of the Innovation Platforms Pillar, directing platforms including UAE Innovation Month, Pitch@Gov, and House of the Future, and engaging over 500 public and private entities. She has represented the UAE internationally at over 60 engagements spanning the United States, France, Brazil, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa. She also founded Emirates Diaries Magazine, a pioneering Emirati youth publication that ran for nine editions, and served as Head of the Dubai Youth Council.
Maryam holds a Public Sector Innovation Diploma from Cambridge Judge Business School, an MSc in Innovation Management, Creativity, and Leadership from CASS Business School London, and a Bachelor’s in Integrated Strategic Communications from Zayed University.
