Darwish Almarar is an Emirati investment professional focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence, investment strategy, and national development. He is the founder and managing director of SEIH, a sovereign-focused AI initiative exploring how emerging technologies can strengthen investment decision-making, investment selection and intelligence, and long-term economic competitiveness.

Darwish’s experience spans private equity, venture capital, digital infrastructure, and global financial markets, positioning him at the convergence of investment, innovation, and long-term economic growth. Prior to founding SEIH, he contributed to the evaluation, due diligence, execution, and management of investments across international markets at Mubadala Capital, supported the deployment of large-scale technology and digital infrastructure initiatives at ZeroTwo, a 2PointZero subsidiary, and worked in treasury and cash management functions supporting global financial operations at ADNOC Global Trading. This multidisciplinary experience has shaped his conviction that the future of economic growth will be driven by the convergence of capital, technology, and strategic national institutions.

Graduating with First Class Honors in Finance, Darwish has developed expertise across investment strategy, capital allocation, financial analysis, and sovereign investment management, complemented by specialized leadership training and professional certifications. He is driven by a belief in the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, strategic capital, and innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys running, traditional Emirati dhow boat racing, fishing and scuba diving.
