A strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation, Azza Aljuwaied partners with some of the UAE’s most strategic organizations to accelerate their AI and digital transformation agendas, delivering scalable, high-impact outcomes through Microsoft’s technologies and partner ecosystem. Driven by a belief in the power of technology as a force for good, and a strong sense of purpose, she is deeply committed to becoming a catalyst in advancing the UAE’s leadership in AI, digital transformation, and innovation.

Throughout her career as a Customer Engineer, Cloud Solution Architect, and Technology Strategist, she has gained deep expertise spanning artificial intelligence, data solutions, cloud architecture, and enterprise-wide digital transformation advisory. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Khalifa University.

Beyond her corporate career, Azza is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and national development. She is the Founder of the Microsoft Youth Council, a member of the first cohort of the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation for Education Youth Advisory Council, a member of the Mohammed bin Zayed Majlis for Future Generations, and founder of Khalifa University’s Debate Club, channeling her belief that elevating young voices is key to shaping a future-ready nation.
