With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of law, investment, and technology, Saleh Alobeidli is one of the UAE’s most distinguished legal practitioners and LegalTech pioneers. He currently serves as Managing Partner of ICLO law firm, a boutique law firm advising on commercial transactions and disputes, and as Co-founder of Casengine AI, a leading legal-tech startup at ADGM. He is also a Conciliator at ICSID in Washington D.C. and has served as a Board Member of the ICC UAE, reflecting his standing in the international legal community.

He previously built his expertise at Al Tamimi & Company and Hadef & Partners and began his career at the Dubai Land Department. His practice spans legal compliance, commercial arbitration, intellectual property, investment agreements, technology and regulatory affairs, combined with a deep understanding of AI and emerging technology as applied to the legal sector.

Saleh holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from Deakin University in Melbourne, an LLM in International Sports Law from ISDE Madrid, and a Bachelor’s in Sharia and Law from UAE University.
