Fatma Alkhazraji is an experienced leader in digital transformation and AI adoption, focused on translating strategic vision into intelligent digital experiences that create meaningful value for people, organizations, and society. She currently serves as Vice President, Digital Strategy at Aldar Properties, where she leads digital product strategy across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including AI and Generative AI.

Previously serving as Assistant Vice President of Digitalization at Aldar Properties, she led the development of the organization's first customer-facing AI chatbot powered by Generative AI. Earlier, as Senior Associate for Enterprise Solutions, she spearheaded Aldar's first Robotic Process Automation initiatives. Before joining Aldar, Fatma held the roles of Business Application Manager and IT Risk and Governance Officer at the Tourism Development and Investment Company, where she managed enterprise-wide business applications and delivered major IT projects.

Fatma holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management with Distinction and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Information Technology with Distinction and Honors, both from the Higher Colleges of Technology. She is a graduate of the MBZUAI Executive Program and holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Government Advising from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University.
