Another highlight of Module 0 was the program overview presented by Rasha Attar, Director of the Behavioral Science Group at the Presidential Court and a member of the NEP Program Committee. In her role as a key architect of NEP 4.0, Attar provided participants with a comprehensive introduction to the program’s core components and objectives.
Attar detailed the NEP Performance Model, which balances academic learning, professional development, coaching, and mentorship to offer participants a holistic and immersive experience. She emphasized how these elements are integrated to develop the mindsets necessary for impactful leadership and sector expertise. By focusing on both immersive experiences and learning objectives, the program equips participants with tools to address the UAE’s most pressing challenges while fostering personal growth and self-reflection. Her presentation also underscored the importance of aligning NEP’s leadership development efforts with national priorities, ensuring that participants’ contributions have tangible, strategic impacts. Attar’s behavioral science expertise brought unique insights into the methods NEP employs to instill adaptability, resilience, and collaboration among participants.
By outlining the program’s structured approach to cultivating sectoral expertise and leadership, Attar inspired the cohort to fully engage with the NEP journey ahead. Her remarks reinforced the program’s dual emphasis on professional achievement and meaningful contributions to the UAE’s long-term goals.
