BLOG: The NEP Experience

The first day of Module 4: Communicate as a Technical Leader concluded with a Community Gathering at Al Jubail Mangrove Park, an event designed to strengthen connections and foster collaboration among the NEP 4.0 cohort. Co-organized by NEP 4.0 experts Dr. Mohamed Al Ameri and Khulood Al Awadi, the gathering combined teamwork, culture, and leadership in a dynamic setting.

Experts took part in an interactive treasure hunt, working in six color-coded teams to solve clues scattered throughout the park. The Orange Team emerged victorious, with NEP 4.0 expert Rawdha Al Qubaisi leading her team to success by solving all the challenges. The event continued with a dinner featuring traditional Emirati cuisine, offering a moment to reflect on the experience and deepen relationships within the cohort. Through activities like these, NEP reinforces the importance of collaboration, leadership, and cultural appreciation, ensuring that experts build lasting connections alongside their professional growth.
