BLOG: The NEP Experience

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, attended the graduation ceremony of the second and third cohorts of NEP on 4 November 2025, held on the sidelines of the UAE Government Annual Meetings in Abu Dhabi. The occasion marked a significant milestone in the program’s mission to empower Emirati experts driving progress across national priority sectors.

The graduation of NEP 2.0 and NEP 3.0 was a moment of recognition and reflection: a culmination of the development and sector-specific engagement of 40 NEP Experts. For NEP 2.0 and 3.0 Experts, this milestone reaffirmed their role as strategic contributors to the UAE’s future-ready transformation.

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with the graduates and emphasized the importance of investing in Emirati talent as a key driver of national development. He emphasized how the graduation of NEP 2.0 and 3.0 continues to expand the growing network of NEP Experts shaping real change—across government, industry, and society.
