BLOG: The NEP Experience

The fourth cohort of the National Experts Program (NEP 4.0) embarked on its academic journey with Module 1: Orientation & Inner Discovery, held from October 28 to October 30, 2024 at INSEAD in Abu Dhabi. This module focused on fostering a Reflective Mindset, introducing participants to key principles of leadership and teamwork.

Building Trust in High-Pressure Environments

The module began with a series of dynamic workshops led by the Inspirational Group team, including Jake Meyer, Johanne Malin, and Mark Relf. These sessions centered on team building and balancing risk with collaboration in high-pressure situations. Through activities such as Belbin Team Roles and the Matrix Activity, participants explored how trust forms the foundation of effective teamwork.

The interactive format encouraged participants to challenge assumptions, refine communication skills, and apply practical methodologies for collaboration. By the end of these sessions, the cohort had gained deeper insights into balancing individual strengths within a team to navigate complex challenges.
