Saeed Aldhaheri is a seasoned engineer with over 20 years of experience in industrial project management, business development, and operational excellence, with a strong commercial focus. Throughout his career, he has led numerous teams and projects, delivering high-performance results through strategic planning, continuous improvement, and innovation. His expertise extends across mergers and acquisitions, industrial operations, and asset management.

Saeed currently serves as Corporate Vice President at EMSTEEL, where his career is distinguished by leading the execution of large-scale industrial projects. As Vice President of Projects at Arkan Building Materials, he oversaw the delivery of four major factories, including one of the world's largest cement production lines. Valued at AED 2 billion, these projects were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, driving significant market expansion and fostering product innovation.

As General Manager of Al Ain Cement Factory, Saeed led a remarkable turnaround, transforming the company from a loss of AED 7 million to a net profit of AED 100 million within just three years. His innovative approach to logistics, cost control, and new product development resulted in the transformation of the Blocks business to achieve record profitability.

He holds a Master’s in Strategy and National Security from the UAE National Defense College, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Saint Louis University, USA. His solid academic foundation complements his extensive practical experience, with professional training in project management further enriching his leadership capabilities.
