Rawdha AlQubaisi is the Head of the Creative Projects Section at the National Projects Office within the Presidential Court. An extensive expertise in creative direction, event management, and brand strategy, she has played a central role in shaping projects that connect heritage with contemporary expression.
As the Executive Director of the UAE National Day celebrations, Rawdha has contributed to the delivery of the nation’s most significant annual event for over a decade. Working under the guidance of the leadership, she has played a key role in shaping productions that honor the UAE’s achievements and bring communities together through shared values and national pride.
In addition to National Day, Rawdha oversees major national initiatives spanning sporting events under the President’s Cup, national branding programs, and cultural diplomacy projects. Her work includes the creation of the UAE Olympic House in Paris, the official visit of Pope Francis to the UAE, and the opening and closing ceremonies of the Special Olympics,each designed to showcase Emirati culture on a global stage.
Rawdha holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Zayed University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Abu Dhabi. She previously served in leadership roles at the Crown Prince’s Court and the General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Abu Dhabi.
