Rawdha AlQubaisi, the Head of the Creative Projects Section at the National Projects Office within the Presidential Court, is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a strong background in event management, creative direction, and brand strategy. Her work consistently aligns with the UAE’s strategic priorities and cultural heritage, creating initiatives that leave a lasting impact.

As the Executive Producer for the UAE National Day celebrations for the past decade, she has led large-scale events that celebrate the nation's achievements and unite communities through shared values. One of her most recent projects was the UAE Olympic House in Paris, where she played a pivotal role in promoting public diplomacy. By creating an immersive experience that showcased Emirati heritage, she enabled international audiences to engage deeply with the UAE’s culture, making them feel as though they were in a traditional Emirati home.

Beyond these projects, Rawdha manages all sporting events under the President’s Cup title, branding and rebranding projects, video productions, and the development of national guidelines that ensure alignment with the UAE’s identity and values. Her contributions have extended to other notable events, such as the official visit of Pope Francis to the UAE and the opening and closing ceremonies of the Special Olympics in the UAE.

Rawdha has been with the Creative Projects department at the National Projects Office since 2020. Previously, she  held roles with the Crown Prince’s Court and the General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Abu Dhabi. She holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Zayed University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Higher Colleges of Technology in Abu Dhabi.
