With more than 20 years of experience in the government of Dubai, Mira has witnessed and contributed to its advancement to a fully digital and paperless environment.

As a Senior Director of Digital Enabling Platforms at the Digital Dubai Authority, she has been responsible for leading the development and deployment of digital enablers to accelerate and support the integration of digital government services, customer experience and accelerated digital transformation. She managed the implementation of the UAE PASS and the next generation of the Dubai Government Service Bus platform in addition to overseeing Dubai Pay.

While at the Information Security Department, Mira transformed it into one of the core departments under the Technology and Solutions Division at Dubai Smart Government. She also played a pivotal role in developing of Dubai’s information security regulations and securing their approval by the government. 

Mira earned an Executive MBA in Strategic Management and a Higher Diploma in Computer Networking Technology from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai.
