Faisal is a technology and innovation professional with over 15 years of experience leading large-scale technology and digital transformation programs in the public and private sectors. His experience includes leading strategic initiatives of policy development, startup and talent ecosystems, and product management and scale including UAE Pass – the national digital identity of the UAE. 

Currently, Faisal is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, leading the launch of new products and businesses in the retail sector for MENA. He previously held roles as the Director of Accelerators and Incubators at the Dubai Future Foundation, and Head of Information and Development at the Protocol Department of Dubai. He also was a member of the National Service Youth Council.

With a deep passion for entrepreneurship and design, Faisal co-founded a digital services company, a desserts shop, and a B2B e-commerce app. 
Faisal is a graduate of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development Impactful Leaders Program, Dubai Design Lab’s inaugural cohort of the Chief Design Officers program. 

He holds a Master of Science in Information Security and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Khalifa University, in addition to a diploma in Public Sector Innovation from the MBR Center for Government Innovation and Imperial Business School.
