Fahad Mohamed AlAmeri is the Executive Director of Development and Humanitarian Affairs at the Presidential Court, where he is among the leaders shaping the UAE’s global humanitarian and development agenda. He has played a defining role in the creation of Erth Zayed Philanthropies, the UAE International Aid Agency, and the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council (IHPC) — key national initiatives that reflect the UAE’s leadership in shaping the future of international cooperation and philanthropy.
Fahad’s career is distinguished by his focus on policy innovation, institutional transformation, and strategic finance. Before his current role, he held senior positions within the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court, the Department of Transport, and the General Secretariat of the Executive Council, where he contributed to major policy and governance reforms that strengthened public sector performance and development impact across various sectors, including public financial management, energy and industry development, social development, transport, education, private affairs, business development, international development, and philanthropy.
He currently serves as General Secretary of the IHPC, Board Member of the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, Board Member of the Clean Rivers Organization, Board Member of Zoud Foundation for Financial Literacy, Member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Managing Director of the ErthZayed Fund — advancing initiatives that combine the UAE’s global vision with local impact, integrating humanity, sustainability, and measurable social progress.
Fahad holds a Master of Science and Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), reflecting his strong grounding in development finance and impact-driven investment.
