H.E. Huda Sayed Naim AlHashimi (“H.E. AlHashimi”) is the Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Strategic Affairs. Part of this role involves leading the process of articulating the UAE Leadership’s Vision, setting an ambitious long-term strategy for the implementation of the “We The UAE 2031”. H.E. AlHashimi led the setup and leads the operation of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation. She also leads the Government Accelerators Center and is responsible for special projects and governance and institutional restructuring at the Prime Minister’s Office. 

H.E. AlHashimi holds a BSC in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology, where she graduated with honours and received the Sheikh Rashid Award for Scientific Excellence. She is also an alumni of London Business School, and a policy fellow at the Center for Science and Policy at University of Cambridge. She was enrolled in the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development programme, and received a certificate from IMD on mastering board governance. 

Notable external appointments include Board member of the “Digital School” as well as member of the UAE Gender Balance Council. and Dubai Women Establishment, and member of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, and Director of Emirates Islamic Bank P.J.S.C and Director of Emirates NBD.
