Tim Ramsey is a Senior Advisor for the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. He has led major streams of BIT’s COVID-19 work in the UK and internationally on vaccination uptake, self-isolation, and regulations. Most recently, he has been leading the flagship behavioral insights project with the Emirates Foundation, supported by the Crown Prince Court (CPC), and provided ad hoc support to the CPC on their BI strategy. Previously, Ramsey was the Founder and Chief Executive of an education non-profit that reaches over three million young people a year in the UK and worked on behavioral change projects in India and the Middle East. In 2021, he was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by Her Majesty the Queen for his services to education.
