Jerry Remillard has been a faculty member of the McGill Executive Institute since 2005 and brings over 30 years of experience in leading change, team dynamics, coaching and translating ‘what needs to be done’ into the ‘how to get it done’.

He has taught on the Institute’s public seminars “Leading High Performing Teams”, “Integrated Management Thinking,” and “Coaching for Performance and Results,” as well as conducted numerous leadership development initiatives for major corporate, government and non-profit organizations, including  CN rial, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Government of Canada, Société Générale Financial Group and the UAE Government to name but a few.

His wealth of corporate “hands-on” experience and executive-level dialogue adds to his authenticity, having served as Director of Strategic Planning at Kraft Foods and National Marketing Director at Domtar Corporation.

Mr. Remillard has worked with senior individuals doing one-on-one coaching and worked extensively with senior management teams to help them collaborate effectively to bring about change. He also works with managers at all levels to implement effective strategies in the workplace

He holds a Masters In Business Administration (MBA), McGill University and is an internationally certified corporate coach.
