Johanne Malin has over 25 years of experience in leadership and management development. With a background in Organizational Development, she works with clients in both the public and private sectors focusing on improving performance through people. She has an MBA, is a trained coach, and qualified to use a wide range of psychometric profiling tools.

Malin is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served as an officer in the Royal Military Police for 10 years. During that time, she commanded specialist teams and deployed operationally in leadership roles.

Her civilian career in retail, the media, and professional services comprises a range of senior management appointments in talent management, HR, Learning & Development, consultancy and change management. As a coach, she supports people transitioning between roles and in the development of emotional intelligence.
