Chiara is passionate about transforming the way people and organizations function, applying technology to change lives and livelihoods, and harnessing the power of data-informed decision-making. Her areas of expertise include data-enabled large-scale transformations, advanced analytics strategy and modeling, change management and capabilities-building, cost turnarounds, and applications of analytics capabilities to public finance. She also co-leads research on gender diversity and women in the workplace in the Middle

East. In her spare time, Chiara enjoys the company of her two children, the peace of deep-sea sailing, and generally enjoying everything life has to offer. She holds an M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering summa cum laude from the University of Pisa and an MBA from HEC Paris.
