Ali Houjeij, a Principal with BCG Middle East, is a core member of the Energy and Climate & Sustainability practices.

For the past 10+ years, he has been working with public, private, and non-governmental organizations across the Middle East, Europe, and the US with a focus on Energy, Sustainability, and Digital. Within Climate and Sustainability, Ali focuses on several topics including energy transition, decarbonization, and climate policy & diplomacy. Within Digital, Ali supports organizations in defining their data and digital transformation roadmaps. Ali holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and has also worked as a software engineer and an academic researcher prior to BCG.
