A STRUCTURE BASED ON 4 PILLARS
CLASSROOM-BASED LEARNING
Experts-in-the-making will develop a mix of core skills through a series of multiple offsites over a period of 6 months.

Each offsite will explore a specific theme with various modules in a classroom setting, with an emphasis on interactive and experiential learning.

Participants will also receive professional certifications across different capabilities to formalize their learning experience.

Mentoring & SHADOWING OF UAE LEADERS
Each participant will be assigned to a sector leader who will be their mentor and provide them with ‘on-the-job’ learning and development.

Shadowing and mentoring facilitates true learning and uses the actual work of the mentor’s organization itself as the context for learning.

It is a great opportunity to experience leadership in practice as mentors will host participants in their organization and will support them in the development of their Capstone projects.

SECTORIAL EXPERTISE BUILD-UP
2 key outcomes will result from the program:

All participants will collaborate on a joint national project through the government accelerator program.

Each participant will then individually develop their own sector-specific Capstone project.

The output will be a report, covering key topics relevant to the assigned sector’s future.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
To round up a specialized skillset, participants will also work with a personal coach who will nurture their growth through behavioral change development coaching, executive career development and transition coaching.
